gas stations has provided excellent customer service, over 200 local jobs, and
a ‘pass it on’ philosophy.
Of
course times are difficult for local businesses right now and marketing budgets
are getting cut left and right. So the Schrader family decided to change their
marketing plan, but not by cutting the budget. They just decided to allocate
their monies in a different way. The Schrader’s have decided to ‘Gas It On.’
On May 15th they launched their
‘Gas It On’ campaign. The idea is simple. The 22 store chain offers a free
loyalty card to customers called The Frequent Fueler Card. This card is used to
record points for fuel purchases. Earning points equals prizes. And NOW - any customer who is spotted holding
one of these loyalty cards at any location has an opportunity to win $100 in
Gas Bucks every month! That’s $2,200 in gas per month being given away to the
general public!

Shoppers staking out each store randomly throughout the month. They have
embraced the ‘Pay It Forward’ philosophy over the years and are now trying
harder than ever to give back to the community that keeps them in business.
They hope that a combination of the loyalty card and the Gas It On program will
